Something like what occurs at Big MT or what the FEV was intended to do. The result of a project focusing on the splicing of Human and Deathclaw DNA in an effort to create and refine a controllable super soldier. I was thinking something along the lines of an escaped genetic experiment for a character. Sticking to the theme of Fallout, I just thought playing a unique kind of mutant would be interesting rather then something like a Ghoul or Super Mutant. What I find most attractive in a nuclear post-apocalyptic wasteland is radioactive mutation and the mutants that result.
